What are the operating specifications for the oil pumping unit

Inspection and preparation before startup:

1. Check whether important parts are intact (such as anchor bolts, brakes, crank pins of beam pumping units, etc., for any defects or looseness).

2. Check whether the oil level in the gearbox is appropriate (if it has not been idle for a long time, a preliminary judgment can be made by observing whether there is any oil leakage or theft).

3. Check whether there are any objects that may hinder operation.

4. Check whether the oil well process is correct and unobstructed.

5. Check whether the power supply system is normal (focus on checking whether various protective and grounding devices are in good condition. If there is a changeover switch, it should be in the manual position. Turn on the main power switch and check whether the voltage is within -5% to +10% of the rated value).

start-up operation:

1. Remove the brake safety lock block and release the brake (ensure that the brake shoe is fully released).

2. After the oil pumping unit has come to a complete stop, press the manual start/stop button (standing on the side of the power distribution control cabinet, and wearing insulating gloves during rainy and snowy seasons), observe for any abnormalities and promptly address them (such as failure to start, belt slipping, abnormal noise or smell, etc.).

3. If there is a switch, turn it to the normal position and press the start button (if it fails to start at once, use inertia to try starting 2-3 times. If it still fails to start, conduct an inspection and troubleshoot before restarting the pumping unit).

Inspection work after startup:

1. Check for any abnormal noise. 2. Check for any unusual smell. 3. Check for any unusual color. 4. Check for any vibration. 5. Check for any oil leakage. 6. Check for any overload.

shutdown operation:

1. When the oil pumping unit is operating at the desired position, press the stop button.

2. Slowly apply the brakes to stop the pumping unit at the desired position (when the gas volume in the oil well is high, it should be stopped at the lower dead center; when the sand content is high, it should be stopped at the upper dead center. During maintenance, it should be stopped at a position that facilitates work).

3. Attach the brake safety lock block.

4. If there is a switch, turn it to the manual position and turn off the main power switch
