1. Product Overview

Hydraulic valve puller is a special hydraulic maintenance tool for triplex mud pump fluid end, also called hydraulic valve extractor. It is used to safely take out suction valve assemblies and discharge valve assemblies stuck inside fluid end valve seats without damaging valve seats, valve bodies and pump cavity. It is essential maintenance equipment for oil drilling, horizontal directional crossing and geological mud pump overhaul.

2. Main Structure & Materials

Whole set consists of hydraulic power pump, hydraulic cylinder, pull rod, positioning guide tube, grabbing claw, anti-scratch protective sleeve and supporting connector.
  • Main cylinder body: High-strength alloy steel forging, quenched and tempered, high tensile strength, resistant to frequent pulling load;

  • Hydraulic seal assembly: Wear-resistant fluorine rubber sealing rings, suitable for long-term high-pressure hydraulic operation, no oil leakage;

  • Grab claw: Precision machined alloy steel, flexible opening and closing, firm clamping on valve core shoulder without slipping;

  • Auxiliary positioning sleeve: Copper alloy guide tube, avoid scratching the inner wall of valve seat during pulling.

3. Working Principle

  1. Insert the positioning guide tube into the pump valve hole to center the tool;

  2. Extend the grabbing claw into the valve cavity and lock the shoulder of valve assembly tightly;

  3. Manually pump hydraulic oil into the hydraulic cylinder to generate axial pulling force;

  4. Steadily pull out the stuck valve core, valve spring and valve plate integrally;

  5. Release hydraulic pressure to retract the pull rod and take out the complete valve assembly for replacement or cleaning.
