   No welding required for pipe assembly; pipes can be directly screwed into the flange, convenient for disassembly and pipeline maintenance on site.

   Thread part can be wound with sealing tape for auxiliary sealing, and the flange surface matches the sealing ring to form double leak-proof structure, suitable for abrasive mud and water medium.

3. Thickened pressure-bearing structure

   Thick wall design at thread transition to eliminate stress concentration, no crack or deformation under long-term alternating working pressure.

1. Pipeline transition connection

   Connect threaded pipe sections and flanged valves/manifolds to realize steering and branch layout of circulation pipelines.

   Bear the impact of high-speed drilling fluid, cooperate with sealing rings to block mud leakage at pipeline joints.

3. Convenient disassembly and overhaul

   When cleaning pipeline sediment or replacing damaged pipe fittings, only unscrew the threaded pipe without cutting off the whole pipeline, greatly shortening maintenance time.

4. Multi-port expansion

   Small-sized threaded flanges can be used as mounting bases for pressure gauges and blowdown plugs, realizing centralized pipeline interface layout.
